To ensure your details are correct:
Visit my.gov.au.
Log in and select Medicare from your linked services.
Navigate to My details and click Update now.
Confirm that:
Your full name matches exactly (including middle names if listed).
Your date of birth is accurate.
These match the information entered into your Hormn account.
Only the exact official record will validate successfully.
