Editing and making changes to existing bookings, changing the class, horse, rider or section

All organisers have the functionality to edit bookings.

Premium and Professional package users have additional functionality that give an exceptional level of versatility, saving you precious time - see below for more details on these additional features.

Editing bookings on all packages

Firstly you need to search for the booking you want to edit:

  • Using the left hand side navigation - go to Financials and then select Bookings

  • Use the Search filters find the booking you are looking for

  • Once you have found the booking you want to edit, click on the button with the 3 dots and select Edit Booking

  • This takes you into the booking

  • Scroll to the item that you want to edit

  • Click the 3 dots and Edit

NOTE - You can also access the bookings from the Times page, so if you are on Step 2 of the times and need to make a change - select booking detail to start editing:

You are now in the Edit Booking screen:

  • From within the Edit screen you can make the following changes:

Base and Intro package users can:

  • Change class - the booking fee needs to be the same on both classes

  • Change Rider - come Horse Monkey riders have multiple people registered on their account so you can change riders if they have made that request and the rider is already registered on the account

  • Change Horse - same as rider above

  • Change Level - If this is an affiliated event you are able to swap levels here as well

  • Change Team name - if the event is a team event the name can be edited here

Premium package users can:

  • Do all of the above and.....

  • Add a horse or rider - if the new horse or rider is not already loaded the organiser can add this to the account

Professional package users can do all of the above and.......

there is an additional feature that is a huge time saver..........

Classes can be swapped, in a couple of clicks, regardless of whether the booking fees on both classes are the same or not.
