After making hot chocolate in your Velvetiser, you might notice a little residue at the base of the InnerPod. That’s completely normal—it’s just a result of the high cacao content in our recipes and should rinse away easily.
When making iced chocolate, you may see a bit of finely milled chocolate left behind. Again, nothing to worry about—a quick clean will take care of it.
Pro tip: To avoid lumps, give your single-serve sachet a good shake before pouring, and sprinkle the contents in evenly instead of dumping them all in one spot.
