There’s dark smudges/residue on the whisk.

If your Velvetiser gets regular use, you might notice some dark smudges forming at the base of the whisk. This is completely normal—it’s just a buildup of chocolate solids and milk from our high-cacao recipes.

How to clean it: Simply wipe the whisk base with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. It comes off easily and won’t affect your next delicious cup.
