If you’re making drinks back-to-back, rinse the inside of the Velvetiser with cold water between uses. This helps reset the temperature thermostat.
If your Velvetiser still has trouble powering on, unplug it and check the whisk for any chocolate buildup. If you see chocolate stuck beneath the whisk, gently clean it with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth.
Tip: Always insert the whisk first, then add milk, and finally your Hotel Chocolat drinking chocolate.
