What is Navigator?
Navigator is Quility’s digital insurance platform! You can quote multiple products, get accurate underwriting classes, submit cases digitally, keep track of your clients, and check on your cases, all in one easy-to-use digital platform.
How do I get access to Navigator?
To get access to Navigator, you must complete the training through Quility U for Navigator and earn your Navigator badge.
Where is Navigator located?
Once completing your training, you will see the icon for Navigator located in the top-left grid of HQ.

I ran a quote, but why does it state that there isn’t anything available?
Please refer to the product specs. It’s possible that you have entered specifics that are outside of the product parameters. Specifically, death benefit, age, and term.
How do I delete a quote/client in Navigator?
Users can remove clients and quotes from Navigator. Each record can only be deleted one at a time. You cannot delete a client or a quote if a case is associated with that record.
The option to delete a client exists within the client profile.
The option to delete a quote exists on the client's quote history.

Do I need an Occidental writing number for this product?
Agents selling in IA, MA, MI, NJ, RI, & VT must sell Occidental rather than American Amicable.
