How do I confirm carrier contract links?
If a link has already been sent to you, you should receive an email from SuranceBay that will allow you to confirm your contract link. You can also log into SuranceBay by using the link below. Once logged in you can click on requests then click on “create a request.” If you are a new agent then you’ll have access to the following carriers within SuranceBay: AmAm (American Amicable), SBLI (Savings Bank Life Insurance), AIG (American General), F&G (Fidelity & Guaranty) (Fidelity & Guaranty), LGA (Legal & General America) (Legan & General America), Americo, MOO (Mutual of Omaha) and Foresters.
You will also have access to UHL (United Home Life), which is not sent in SuranceBay. It is sent directly to the agent's email address from producerexpress@sircon.com.

How do I contract to sell health products once I add a Health Line of Authority (LOA)?
Your agency owner will need to submit a support ticket. This ticket must state the agent has recently obtained their health license and that they need to have Mutual of Omaha Health products added to their contract. Once we receive this request the agent will receive a carrier contract link for them to fill out the health contract and then we will submit to the carrier once they have filled this link out. You can also log into SuranceBay and request the health products for MOO: Accident & Sickness, Med Supplements, Disability, Long Term Care, Denta/Vision
How do I get contracted with a carrier?
After your application is approved in the Onboarding portal, you'll get a welcome email containing your AO's agency-specific link. Ensure to create your SureLC account and coordinate with your upline to determine which carrier contracts you need to complete.
As agents submit applications from their existing carriers, they will reach certain levels that automatically trigger the ability to receive additional carriers.
Levels of eligibility:
15 apps - Four additional carriers can be selected by the AO.
25 apps - No restrictions on adding additional carriers.
As an agent reaches the next level, an email (with a link to a form) will be sent to the AO to choose the next additional carriers.
As new carrier links are sent to the agent once they receive their carrier links, they will need to log into our contracting platform software and fill out/verify all the info is correct. Once we receive their confirmed contract it will then be sent to the carriers.
Please communicate with your agency owner (AO) and/or administrator(s) for further details.
AOs and administrators please refer to the Pre-Appointment Checker (25 apps).
I am a NY resident agent. How do I get contacted with a carrier?
If you only hold a NY resident license you are limited in the carriers available to you. Those carriers are currently: NLG, Assurity of NY, and MOO Health (if you hold a health license). If contracting for these carriers was not sent during the onboarding process, please have your agency owner or admin submit a support ticket on your behalf.
If you hold any non-resident licenses you can be contracted with our core carriers. Please have your agency owner or admin submit a support ticket on your behalf requesting those carriers be sent.
AmAm/Occidental is not available to any agent whose resident state is NY even if they have additional non-resident licenses.
What carrier(s) am I currently contracted with and/or what is my present status(es)?
There are several ways to review and retrieve carrier information.
1. Please ensure your completion of any contract links received from SuranceBay.
ATTENTION: If it has NOT been 15 business days since the completion of your SuranceBay emailed contracting link(s), then you are still within the carriers’ processing timeframes and should not expect any status(es) updates nor writing number(s) until the 15th business day.
2. Check your email [Especially 'Spam/Junk' folders] for any communication from the carrier(s). Once an agent number has been assigned, the carrier will typically email you.
ONLY if it has been outside the carriers’ 14 business days processing timeframes, might you also call the carrier(s) to inquire on your contracting status(es) [NOTE: When calling, please ask for the Contracting/Licensing department. The Sales Desk will not have the most up-to-date nor accurate information]. Please go to https://hq.quility.com/page/available-carriers for further information.
3. Refer to the ‘Licensing’ tab on your Quility HeadQuarters (HQ) profile for a list of appointed carrier writing numbers along with an array of submitted carrier contracts and/or revisions.
4. Consult with your agency owner and/or administrator(s) as they have access to all the carrier websites and the ability to discern who all is in their carrier hierarchies once the appointments have been processed.
What is the Just in Time process for AmAm?
AmAm has moved to a true Just-in-Time process. When agents submit their first application a contract will automatically be generated. It is no longer sent out with the initial set of carriers. Please follow the directions listed here to start this process.
Note: The Quility Secure Future Preferred (QSFP) AmAm product cannot be used for the Just-In-Time appointment process. The agent must first be appointed with AmAm prior to submission. Also, if you have already been issued an agent number from AmAm do not use the new user instructions listed above, instead use the following link. https://www.insuranceapplication.com/cgi/WebappMobile/login.aspx
