Customising your Home Page

Updated over 6 months ago

The icons on your home page are able to be customised by each user within the system. This allows the Home page to show exactly what you need to see, in the order of your preference.

HOW TO CUSTOMISE YOUR HOME PAGE ICONS

To customise these icons, and what they each represent, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Click on the Profile icon on the top right hand side of your screen, then select your name or e-mail address from the drop down list.

Step 2

You'll be then taken to your User Profile, where you can scroll down the page to the Injury Home Page Section. Change the selection from Default to Custom, then click on Configure Default Home Page.

This will take you to the Home Page Configuration.

Step 3

From here, you can easily realign the home page panels by clicking and dragging them into your preferred order.

Step 4

You can add a new panel altogether! To do this, select Add, then fill in the details.

On this screen, you'll be able to allocate a Name for your custom panel, select the image appropriate with that panel, and then select the type of information you'd like to display underneath.

In the above screenshot, we are looking to capture 'My Claims' in this custom panel. Under type, we've selected Injury, then under the Injury heading, we can select all other relevant parameters.

Under Assigned you can choose to select All cases, those assigned to you, those assigned to you or unassigned at all, then those that are unassigned.

What you select here will determine what displays in this custom panel on your Home Page.

Following that you can then specify the type of injury you'd like to display. Please note you can select multiple options here if required.

Be mindful of selecting options available under Key Fields as selecting an option here will filter the records that appear within the custom view. The record must have the Key Field selected on the Injury Details page to appear.

Then, select the Policy and/or Workplaces you'd like to filter these results down to. If you want to see all cases regardless of which policy or workplace they are assigned to, simply use the Select All option, or alternatively leave this blank to display all records without a filter.

Alternatively, you can drill down your results to be based on particular assigned injury managers or claims managers, or, leave this blank to display all records without a filter.

Step 5

Once you are happy with how this configuration has been set, select Save.

Your new Panel will appear in the listing of Active Panels to the right, where you can re-order as required.

Once you are happy with your overall configuration, select Save.

DELETE AN ACTIVE PANEL

To delete an existing active panel, select the panel from the Active Panel list, then select Delete.
