HELP WIDGET AND SUPPORT
Our in-system help widget showcases helpful articles, allowing you to search relevant topics or guide you through a Custom Report or Change Request. By selecting this question mark icon, a panel will appear where you can search our extensive knowledge base with keywords, easily browse popular topics or check out our top questions.
If your question remains unanswered, you can reach out to our Customer Happiness team by selecting the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the panel. This will take you to another page where you can select the type of request/support you require. From there, you'll be guided to add relevant information based on your selection. You will also have the ability to view any previously submitted support requests at the bottom of this panel.
