The Summary page provides an overview of the injury and claims progress, as well as easy access to help you add information to a record.
To access the Summary page, simply select the Unique ID of the record that you wish to open from the Home Page, Injury Register or via searching.
At the top of the page is core information about the injury, including the Worker's Name, Unique ID, Injury Description, Injury Type, Policy/Workplace, Liability Status, etc. This section can be expanded to show all details, or reduced to show less details as needed.
ADD INFORMATION
On the right-hand side of the Summary page is the Add Information drop-down menu.
Here, you can add/edit/update nearly all of the functions within a record, including claim forms, medical certificates, return to work plans, letters, notes and reports.
QUICK KEYS
In addition to the Add Information drop-down, you can also use quick keys to add key information to a record directly from the summary page. To do this, simply click the relevant key on your keyboard to be fast-tracked to the page to add that record. Below is a listing of all available quick keys:

CLAIM PROGRESS
The Claim Progress section consists of buttons that highlight the progress of the injury or claim (based on the relevant state’s legislative requirements).
Green buttons show items that are complete, Red buttons show items that are incomplete or overdue, and Grey buttons are typical steps though not required based on the current claim status, under the legislation.
Simply click on a button to quickly add relevant information.
TASKS
This section allows you to add and complete tasks associated with that injury, for example 'Call specialist'.
To assign a task, select the date the task is due to be completed, select the person responsible for completing the task from the Owner drop-down list, enter a description for the task in the Task field and then select Add.
To complete a task, select the Task title and follow the prompts.
UPDATE NOTE
The Update Note section allows you to capture high-level notes for easy reference at any time. To add a Note from the Summary page, select Add. Enter the relevant note information and select 'Save'
The note will then appear in the Notes section of the record.
DEMOGRAPHICS
Demographic information will populate based on the injured worker detail captured in the Details page.
FINANCIALS
The Financials section will populate relevant claim cost information against a record. This data is populated from either monthly claim cost uploads from your insurer or from payment and estimate data captured against your record if it falls under a self-insured policy.
LOST TIME CALENDAR
The Lost Time calendar within an injury allows you to capture lost and restricted days for easy reporting.
To capture lost days, select the circle next to the red Lost Days circle followed by the relevant dates on the calendar.
To capture restricted days, select the circle next to the orange Restricted Days circle followed by the relevant dates on the calendar.

OTHER INJURIES
The Other Injuries section on the Summary Page will identify other injuries linked to this injured worker.
From here, you can view high-level information including the date of injury, injury description and status.
Users can click directly on the SolvInjury ID to go to that file, and select View More to view other linked injuries where needed.
