Reassigning Tasks

Admin users can re-assign multiple tasks from one person to another in the system.

To re-assign tasks, go to the Settings page (the cog icon on the top right-hand side of the page). From here, select Security > Reassign Tasks:

To re-assign an existing Task, select the original owner of the task from the Task Owner field:

Once selected, a list of their current open tasks will appear in the table below. Using the checkboxes on the left-hand side, you can use the top checkbox (within the row heading) to select all tasks assigned to that user, or you can select individual tasks by manually selecting each checkbox of each:

Once you have made your selection, you can search for the other user you will be assigning the tasks to in the 'Assign Selected Tasks To' drop-down. Once selected, you have two options:

  • Apply & Email - this will send an email notification to the newly assigned person informing them of the task you have assigned them

  • Apply - this will simply re-assign the tasks to the selected user
