I never received the Hubby eSIM promo code from my travel agency/tour operator. What should I do next?

Typically, Hubby eSIM promo codes are provided a week before your departure date. If this time frame had already passed, please check your Promotion and Spam folders for any correspondence from the travel agency or directly from Hubby.

If the email is not there, please head over to our Help Chat and send us a message with the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Your email address

  3. Name of the travel agency through which you booked your vacation

  4. Screenshot of your booking confirmation

Once received, we’ll swiftly verify the information and provide you with your code.
