Navigating Tasks
To view any tasks that have been assigned to you, click the My tasks section in the Home menu. When tasks are triggered by a workflow, they will appear in your My tasks section and you will also receive a notification email. Tasks will be grouped by the Workflow they're associated with.
To expand tasks, hover over the task and click on Details. This opens a window that can show more detailed instructions, links etc. to accomplish the task. You can also see the trigger date and due date for the task.
When a task is completed, click the checkbox. This will mark the task as completed and remove it from your active tasks.
To show and review your completed tasks, click Show completed in the top right corner.
To see upcoming tasks and when they will be triggered, click Show upcoming in the top right corner.
If a task has been cancelled, it will appear with a cancelled status indicator. You can restore a cancelled task by clicking the ... menu and selecting Restore task.
Cancelled tasks will no longer send notifications or reminders. Once restored, notifications will resume.
Team Tasks
If your admin has assigned workflow tasks to your team, you can view them under the Team Tasks tab in the My tasks section.
Team tasks appear as unclaimed until a team member picks them up. All members of the assigned team will see the task in their list.
To claim a team task, open the task and assign yourself. Once claimed, the task moves to your personal task list and other team members will see that it has been picked up.
If you need someone else on your team to handle a claimed task, you can reassign it to another member of the same team.
