How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Hypernatural subscription at any time by managing your plan from your account settings.
Click the Profile button in the top-right corner of the navigation bar
Select Profile & Subscriptions
Click Manage Plan
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Cancel on the platform where you subscribed
You must manage your subscription on the same platform where you originally purchased it:
Web (Stripe / browser): Cancel via a web browser at app.hypernatural.ai
Apple App Store: Cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings
Google Play Store: Cancel through Google Play subscriptions
To manage your subscription, including cancellations or viewing renewal status:
Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
Access your Profile (typically the icon in the top-right corner).
Go to Payments & Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.
Locate and select Hypernatural to see available options.
If you subscribed on web, you won’t see cancellation options inside the mobile apps—and vice versa. Your account and videos will still be accessible across web and mobile as long as you log in with the same email address. Subscribers billed via Google Play Store will not see a "Manage" option for their subscriptions on the Hypernatural website or app, as these settings are entirely controlled by Google Play.
Managing Your Google Play Subscription
If your Hypernatural subscription is billed through Google Play, there are specific limitations and actions you can take when managing your plan.
Changing Your Billing Renewal Date
You cannot directly change the monthly renewal date for subscriptions managed by Google Play. To adjust your billing date:
Cancel Your Existing Subscription:
Navigate to Hypernatural in Google Play subscriptions.
Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Access remains until the end of the existing billing period.
Resubscribe On Your Desired Date:
You can resubscribe on the date you prefer (e.g., the 1st of the month), which will reset the billing cycle based on the new subscription start date.
Managing Your App Store Subscription
If your Hypernatural subscription is billed through App Store, we cannot manage or cancel your subscription. This will need to be done directly in the App Store.
When should I cancel to avoid renewal?
Hypernatural subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least one day before your renewal date. Cancellations made after renewal has occurred will apply to the next billing period.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Your remaining credits will not expire
Credits do not renew once your subscription ends
Unused credits are not refunded
If your plan expires, you’ll still be able to log in, view projects, and export previously created videos, but generating new content with premium features will require an active paid plan.
Can I get a refund after canceling?
Hypernatural does not issue refunds for subscription payments.
Subscriptions are billed automatically and are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Service, even if the subscription was not actively used. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges.
