How do I delete my account?
To request permanent account deletion:
Log in to Hypernatural.
Click your username or profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Profile & Subscriptions.
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
Click the red Delete Account button.
Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
What happens when I request account deletion?
When you request permanent account deletion:
your account will be scheduled for deletion
your web-based subscription will be cancelled
your email address will be removed from our email marketing systems
your Hypernatural account content will be erased after the deletion request is processed
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account content has been erased, it cannot be restored.
What happens to my subscription?
If your subscription is managed through Hypernatural on the web, requesting account deletion will cancel your subscription.
Deleting your account or cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund subscription payments, unused subscription time, or unused credits.
If your subscription was purchased through a mobile app store, you may need to cancel it separately through that app store’s subscription settings. Hypernatural cannot directly manage or cancel subscriptions that are controlled by Apple or Google.
What happens to my credits?
If your account is deleted, you will lose access to any remaining credits.
Unused subscription credits and purchased add-on credits are not refundable unless required by applicable law or outlined in Hypernatural’s Terms of Service.
Why does Hypernatural retain some information after deletion?
After account deletion, Hypernatural may retain limited records where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.
For example, we may retain a record that an email address has previously signed up to help prevent abuse of our systems.
