Manage your Brands

Update your Brand brief, manage ingredients, and add or organize videos across Brands.

⚠️ Brands are currently in Beta. Ultimate plan users get one Brand.

Brands can be updated at any time. You can edit your Brand name and brief, add or remove ingredients, and organize videos across Brand without losing access to anything in the Create tab (dashboard).

Open a Brand

  1. Go to the My Brands tab

  2. Click the Brand dropdown at the top of the page

  3. Select the Brand you want to work in

By default, you’ll open the Brand you worked in most recently.

Edit your Brand name and brief

You can update your Brand details at any time.

  1. Open your Brand

  2. Click Edit Brief

  3. Update:

    • Brand name

    • Brief description

  4. Save your changes

Updating the brief will also update the suggested prompts in your Brand.

Add videos to a Brand

You can add videos from anywhere in the app:

  1. Find the video (in the Create tab or another Brand)

  2. Click the ... (more options) menu

  3. Select Add to Brand

  4. Choose the Brand

Videos can live in multiple Brands, so you don’t need to duplicate anything.

Manage ingredients in a Brand

Brands let you group ingredients for a specific use case (like a campaign or brand).

Inside a Brand, you can:

  • Add ingredients

    • Click the + icon in the Ingredients panel

    • Select or create an ingredient

  • Remove ingredients

    • Open the ... (more options) menu

    • Select Remove

Ingredients are reusable and can be used across multiple Brands.

Delete a Brand

To delete a Brand:

  1. Open your Brand

  2. Click Edit Brief

  3. Open the ... (more options) menu

  4. Select Delete Brand

Deleting a Brand removes the Brand itself, but your videos and ingredients will still be available in the Create tab (dashboard).

Switch between Brands

Brands are viewed one at a time.

To switch:

  • Click the Brand dropdown

  • Select another Brand

  • Or click New to create a new one
