To delete a shot/scene:
Hover over the shot on the timeline to reveal the ⋮ (three-dot) menu
Click the three-dot menu
Select Delete Scene
Note: Deleting a shot is only available through the timeline UI. If you ask the chat to delete a scene, it will replace that shot instead of removing it.
