Task

Health
Overview: Health refers to the status of your controls and, by extension, the overall health of your program. Healthy controls indicate a well-functioning compliance program.
Role: Monitoring controls' health helps ensure compliance measures are effectively implemented and maintained.

Freshness
Overview: Freshness is a status indicator for controls or labels that shows whether an activity was performed within the designated time frame.
Role: This feature helps ensure that controls and evidence are up-to-date and relevant.
Example: Configuring freshness settings so controls or labels automatically switch from Fresh to Expired if not updated within a specified period.
Automated evidence collection (Hypersyncs)
Overview: Hypersyncs automate collecting evidence from external service apps, eliminating the need for manual collection and filing.
Role: They streamline evidence collection and ensure you have the latest proof ready for audits.
Example: Connecting to AWS or GitHub to automatically gather log files and reports.
