Question:
When I uploaded my custom program requirements, one of my column values did not import because of a formatting problem. I fixed the formatting so my custom field column header matches what I have in "Settings > Custom fields." Can I re-import the data to update the existing requirements?

Answer:
After the initial program creation, new requirements cannot be re-imported into an existing program. You have two options:

Option 1: Add a requirement manually:

  1. Go to your program in Hyperproof.

  2. Click the Requirements tab.

  3. Click Edit requirements.

  4. Hover over the section name until the plus (+) icon appears.

  5. Click Add requirement.

Option 2: Create a new version of the program:

If you have not started implementing the program yet, you may prefer creating a new version that includes the corrected values:

  1. Go to Programs.

  2. Click +New.

  3. Click Add new program.

  4. Click Select file to upload.

  5. Upload the corrected CSV that includes your formatted data.

  6. Archive the original program if it is no longer needed.
