To keep Hyperproof updated with the latest proof, you can link empty Cloud storage folders, such as Google Drive or SharePoint, to specific controls or labels and enable LiveSync. Any proof added to these folders will automatically sync to Hyperproof overnight.
β
Steps to map an empty folder and enable LiveSync:
From the left menu, select Controls/Labels.
Select the control or label where you want to map an empty Google Drive or SharePoint folder.
Select the Proof tab.
Select Add proof.
Scroll through the list and select your desired Cloud storage.
Select the checkbox for the empty folder. You cannot just select the folder; the checkbox is required.
Select the checkbox for LiveSync to add a checkmark.
Select Add proof.
The control is now mapped to the empty folder and will automatically receive proof updates each night as new files are added.

Tips
Subfolders are not included in the LiveSync process. Each subfolder must be mapped individually.
When LiveSync is set up for an empty folder, there is no indication in the control that LiveSync was configured.
If you revisit Google Drive, the empty folder will not show as checked.
Engineering is aware of this and is planning a future user interface update that will allow better folder management, including support for empty folders.
