Portal Overview

First time using i360? Use this guide as an introduction to help you navigate our available tools. If you're looking for a more advanced walk-through of our products, we encourage you to enroll in our i360 Certification Training.

General Navigation

The i360 Portal can be accessed at www.i360portal.com. Your initial log in will occur via the email that was sent to you upon your account creation. After logging in and setting up your account, you'll be brought to the home screen:

Here you'll see the sidebar, search bar, favorites, shortcuts, help resources, tasks, notifications, and user information.

Search Bar

Search Bar

The Search Bar, available at the top, can be used to look up contacts, previously saved audiences, surveys, and more. If searching for individuals, we recommend searching from Contacts Management.

Favorites

View your Favorites from the star icon in the top navigation bar.

Add an item to your favorites by clicking the star next to your desired pages. Doing this allows you to tailor your database to your needs and limit clicks.

Shortcuts

Shortcuts offers several functions to easily add new contacts, create new searches, and create tags from any page on the Portal.

Help Resources

Clicking the question mark at the top-right will provide access to chat, the i360 Help Center, and the i360 Training Center. The Client Services team is available to answer your questions from 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Tasks

Click the circled check in the top-right to view the tasks assigned to you and to others within your organization. If you have no existing tasks, add your first task by clicking the + in the drop down box:

Name your task, add a due date, assign it, and add an attachment (optional). Click 'Add Task' to assign.

Notifications

Click the bell at the top-right to view your notifications. This is where you'll be able to see when your surveys are published, exports are completed, and download your files directly from the Portal. For most notifications, you should expect to also receive an email in your inbox.

User Profile

Click the circle in the top-right corner (which, by default, will show your initials) to:

  • Edit your profile details.

  • View the i360 Terms and Conditions.

  • Finally, click Logout to sign out of your account.

  • Switch between organizations, for users with access to multiple accounts.

Sidebar

To the left of your screen, you'll see the sidebar. If you don't see it, click the three lines (or the i360 logo) in the top left corner to get it to appear. Tab visibility will depend on your subscription and permissioned access. Available tags include Home, Contacts, Search, Field, Analytics, Digital, and Admin.

Home will refresh or bring you back to the main page. Selecting the logo in the top left will also take you back to home.

Contacts

Hover over Contacts to access Contacts Management and Imports.

Contacts Management is home to all user, volunteer, and contact management. Imports is available to upload external files or tag lists.

Search

Hover over Search to access Basic Search, Advanced Search, Saved and Exported, and Map.

Search is where nearly every action begins. You'll need to create a search to export lists, create call or walk surveys, and send texts.

Field

Hover over Field to create call surveys, walk surveys, or texting actions. If your goal is to have volunteers reach out to voters, one of these actions will need to be completed.

Analytics

Keep track of volunteer progress from the Analytics tab in Dashboards. Standard dashboards available to clients include Grassroots View and Daily Toplines. A popular add-on dashboard for fraud prevention is Performance Check.

Digital

The Digital tab is reserved for clients with Action Sites. This feature is typically made available as a link on your campaign or organization's website to direct volunteers to sign-up, contact their elected officials, and direct them to their polling places. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Admin

The Admin tab is where you can go to manage and create tags or view billing history for exports and texting. To view the Billing Platform (to manage your subscription), do so from 'Billing' under your initials in the top right.
