Send Responses

Once you have started collecting responses from an initial text action, they will appear in Field > Send Responses. You can respond back to any received messages from this page.

Responses Overview

Field > Send Text Responses provides an overview of replies to your texting action. You can view past texting history and respond as needed from this page.

Contact Details

Names of individuals who have messages for viewing will appear on the left sidebar.

Select a name to view past contact history, a summary of their data, and any assigned tags.

Response Options

To respond to an individual, a volunteer can choose to select a pre-written response with a tag or write a custom message in the text box.

Apply Tags

Volunteers will want to check applicable tags before hitting send. Available default tags include:

  • Mark as Read: This removes the message from the response page until another response comes in.

  • Wrong Number: Indicates that the number is incorrect in the database.

  • For Review: Holds the message for review by a user in the organization.

  • Do Not Text: Removes the individual from future text actions.

  • Opt In: Indicates that the user has consented to continue receiving messages.

Once a message has been typed and tags have been selected hit 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen.
