Volunteer accounts have access to i360 Apps including i360 Call, i360 Walk, and callingfromhome.com (now i360call.com). If assigned texting permissions, volunteers may also send texts from i360text.com.

Create an Account
Volunteer Creation happens in Contacts > Management, accessible from the left sidebar. Hover over 'Contacts' and select 'Management' to access.
Select 'Create Contact' in the bottom action bar to open the contact sidebar.
A shortcut option for user creation is also available from the '+' button in the navigation bar. Select 'Contacts' to open the same 'Create Contact' sidebar.
A sidebar panel will appear to allow you to input required user account details. Required fields include:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
'Volunteer' box checked
State
Feel free to add any additional fields that are helpful to you or your organization. When finished select Create Contact to start the user creation.
View Contact Details
Once you select 'Create Contact' after inputting all required information, a notification in the bottom left will appear with the option to 'View Contact Details'.
Clicking this will take you directly to your volunteer's profile. If you miss this notification, volunteers can be found using the search bar at the top of the screen. Volunteers will appear in your main Contacts Management menu after a few minutes while the record caches.
Add Permissions
Volunteer accounts require permissions to be added for access to certain grassroots tools. Permissions are added directly from the contact profile in the top of the workspace. Select 'Add/Edit' to add permissions that enable custom access to grassroots features.
