iClosed Data Intelligence is a collection of real-time verification and qualification features designed to improve lead quality, protect sales resources, and optimize decision-making before a lead books a call.
By validating contact information and evaluating risk early in the funnel, these features features help teams block low-quality leads, and route qualified prospects to the right sales reps.
A common flow includes:
Email Validation to stop obvious spam and invalid leads
Phone Validation to ensure reachability and identity strength
Credit Score Check to evaluate financial eligibility and risk
If a lead fails an early step, iClosed can automatically skip later checks to reduce unnecessary credit usage.
Credit Score Check is available with Business subscription plan only, while Email Validation and Phone Validation are supported by all iClosed plans.
Data Intelligence Features
