I can’t find my subscription or I’m being charged on an account I don’t recognize

This usually means the subscription is tied to a different email than the one you’re currently logged in with.

Common reasons:

  • You signed up with a work or school email you no longer have access to

  • You used Google, Apple, or GitHub sign-in, which may have created an account under a different email than expected

  • There was a typo in the email at checkout

  • You purchased through PayPal, which may use a different email than your Icons8 login

To help us locate your account, contact support with any of the following: the last four digits of the charged card, the approximate date and amount of the charge, or your PayPal email.

Once we find the account, we can help you cancel, update the email, or delete it.
