If you have paid for the subscription using a credit/debit card, you can cancel it in the Billing tab of your account by clicking the Cancel button ⬇️
The system will offer to pause your subscription for 1-3 months. Press "No, unsubscribe" to cancel it entirely.
For other payment methods:
If you have subscribed using PayPal, you can cancel it through your PayPal account;
If you have subscribed via Apple Pay, to cancel go to iPhone/iPad settings: Settings—Apple ID—Subscriptions—Icons8 icons—Cancel;
If you have subscribed through Microsoft Store, manage it in your Microsoft Store account;
If you have subscribed using WeChat Pay, please contact us.
❗ Please note that unused credits will disappear when your subscription expires. If you’d like to save them for later, you can pause the subscription.
❗ If you used the Link service for faster checkout, unlinking your card from the app is not considered subscription cancellation. You can cancel the subscription in your Icons8 account or use one of the methods listed above.
❗ Don’t forget to cancel the subscription before deleting your Icons8 account.
