I am charged for several subscriptions, though I only have one

If you believe you were double-charged, message us, and we'll fix your subscription! In your message, mention your billing email and specify which plan should remain and which should be canceled.

Here are the most probable reasons that could have led to it:

  1. You saw a You're on a free plan banner and purchased another subscription with a new card, while the invoice for your previous plan was unpaid for various reasons. The system charged the missing payment once your card details were updated and your previous subscription was reactivated.

  2. The payment collection for your subscription stopped due to insufficient funds, and you purchased another plan using a different payment method (card -> PayPal or vice versa). The payment collection resumed at some point, and both providers continued regular charges simultaneously. To avoid this, please check if the sub is still active in your PayPal dashboard.

  3. You signed in to your Icons8 account using the wrong email address and saw you're on a free plan. This made you buy a new subscription, and later, you discovered double charges in the bank statement.
