The short answer is yes, you can! An additional license fee will apply. Please get in touch with the support team to obtain a license.

Expanded answer:

Non-Exclusive License
Our music is licensed non-exclusively, meaning you and others can use the same tracks. Make sure your use aligns with the specific terms of the license.

Content ID & P.R.O. Tracks
Tracks registered with YouTube Content ID may lead to ads, claims, or restrictions on your content. To avoid this, select tracks that are not part of Content ID. For tracks associated with Performance Rights Organizations (P.R.O.s), be aware that additional royalties may be required if your ad is publicly performed, potentially increasing costs. More about Content ID and P.R.O. tags.

Best Practices
Opt for tracks without Content ID or P.R.O. tags to minimize complications when choosing music for your ads. Familiarize yourself with the rules of the platform where the ad will run, such as YouTube policies on licensed music. If you need more clarification about legal aspects, consult legal counsel.

Example
Using a track free of Content ID and P.R.O. tags in a YouTube ad helps you avoid additional claims and fees, ensuring a smoother ad experience.
