How to Enable Premium App Features for Team Members

Premium App Features unlock powerful tools that help your team respond faster, care deeper, and serve with greater impact directly within the mobile app:

  • Suggested Responses & Bible Verses

  • Private Text & Voice Messaging

  • Custom Templates & Response Enhancements

  • Prayer List with Reminders

To Activate Premium for a Team Member first log in to your Admin Panel and open Prayer Settings section

Then navigate to the Prayer Team Members module, choose the administrator you want to grant Premium access to and open the context menu (dots) in the top-right corner of the team member card

In the pop-up menu, select Give Premium and enable the toggle to activate features

A confirmation window will appear with a description of the service

Click Activate to confirm

Once activated, you will see a confirmation message

And the Premium icon will appear on the team member’s profile

How to Verify Premium Access

  • Team members with Premium enabled will have a visible Premium icon on their profile

  • You can use this icon to quickly identify which members have access to Premium features
