Continuous Syncing

You can press Sync Billable as many times as needed throughout your workflow. Every time you click the button, the system scans for tasks that meet the following criteria and have not yet had billable entries created:

  • A Primary Charge has been set.

  • The task is marked as Billable.

  • The task is marked as Completed.

If a task meets all these conditions, it will be added to your billables upon syncing.

Interaction with Drafts & Claims

The syncing process remains flexible and can accommodate invoicing processes that are already underway:

  • Bulk Invoicing Runs or Claims in Draft Status: If you're working with a bulk invoicing run or claim that is currently in Draft status, you can still go back to the dashboard and press Sync Billable. This action will create any necessary billables and store them in the respective clients' profiles.

  • Updating Drafts from Bulk Invoicing Page: From the Bulk Invoicing Draft page, you can press the Sync button to update your drafts. This will check for any newly created billables within the selected date range that haven't been included yet, ensuring that your drafts stay up to date with the latest billable tasks.

By using the Sync Billable feature, you can ensure that your invoicing remains accurate and current, even as you work through different stages of the invoicing process.
