Finding Task Charges (Billable Entries) in Client Profiles

Once task billing is synced into client billing, task charges show up as billable entries in the client’s profile.

To find them, open the client profile and go to the Funding tab, then open Billable Entries. From there you can:

  • Search by the charge name (often the price book reference/item name)

  • Sort/filter like any other billable entry

  • Open a billable entry to review the details

If you don’t see the task’s billable entry yet, check the task itself first:

  • The task must have a client selected

  • The task should be marked Completed and Billable

  • Then, on the Tasks page, run Sync Billable for the relevant week (this is the step that pushes eligible task charges into billable entries)

For NDIS clients, you may also notice GST displays differently depending on the billable type - task-based entries can show GST as “-” in the billables table if they don’t carry a price book GST reference in the same way as some other entry types.
