Connections Tab

The Connections tab stores contact information for people connected to the client.

Contacts

This sub-tab shows family members, guardians, nominees, or other personal contacts. The table displays:

  • Name & Role: The contact's name with their role below

  • Type: Primary Contact or Secondary Contact

  • Relationship: How they relate to the client (e.g., Spouse, Child)

  • Phone: Their phone number

To add a contact, click "Add Contact". Fill in their name, phone, email, address, relationship, and contact type, then save.

Health Professionals

This sub-tab shows doctors, therapists, specialists, and other healthcare providers. The table displays:

  • Name & Role: The professional's name with their role below

  • Type: GP, Specialist, Case Manager, or Therapist

  • Department/Clinic: Where they practice

  • Specialty: Their area of expertise

To add a health professional, click "Add Professional". Fill all their details and save.

Viewing and Editing

Click on any contact's name to open a detail view. From there you can see all their information, edit their details, or delete the connection.
