Highlights
The Highlights section sits at the top of the Overview and surfaces six key details at a glance:
Funding – The client's funding type (e.g. SaH, HCP).
Classification – The client's remoteness classification (e.g. Non-Remote).
Level / Type – The client's classification level.
Care Manager – The staff member responsible for managing the client's care.
Scheduler – The staff member assigned to scheduling the client's shifts.
Allergies – Any known allergies. This is shown prominently so attending staff are always aware before providing care. If no allergies are recorded, this will display "None".
Each tile has a shortcut icon in the top-right corner to quickly navigate to the relevant section.
Activity
The Activity section shows a running log of recent changes made to the client's record, including who made the change and when. The three most recent entries are shown here. Click View all to see the full activity history.
Notes
The Notes section displays the most recent internal notes added to the client's record. These are private notes for your team — they are not visible to the client. Each note shows the author and timestamp. Click View all to browse all notes, or click the + button to add a new internal note directly from the Overview.
Details Panel
The Details panel is pinned to the right side of the screen and stays visible as you move between tabs. It gives you quick access to the client's key information without leaving your current view. Learn more about the Details panel →
Navigation
At the top of the page you'll find tabs to access other areas of the client's record — including Activity, Notes, Billing, Care Plan, Observe, and more. The number shown next to each tab indicates how many records exist in that section.
