Connecting Your Account
To connect Xero:
Go to Settings β Integrations
Find the Xero card and click "Connect to Xero"
You'll be redirected to Xero to authorize access
After authorizing, you'll return to Imploy automatically
A success message confirms the connection is established
Once connected, the Xero card shows a green checkmark and a "Disconnect" button.
Syncing Invoices
Click the "Sync" button in the Invoicing page toolbar to pull the latest invoice statuses from Xero. This updates:
Payment status changes (when invoices are paid)
Approval status changes (when drafts are approved)
Any new invoices created directly in Xero
Disconnecting
To disconnect from Xero, go to Settings β Integrations and click "Disconnect" on the Xero card. You'll be asked to confirm before the connection is removed.
