Staff Compliance

Description:
Track required documents and compliance items for each staff member, ensuring all necessary records are collected, assigned, and up to date.

Accessing Compliance

To access compliance for a staff member:

  1. Navigate to Staff from the main menu

  2. Click on a staff member

  3. Select the Compliance tab

Compliance Overview

The Compliance tab is split into two key areas:

  • Compliance Checklist (left) – Displays required items

  • Status panel (right) – Shows upload status (e.g. Pending, Not Uploaded)

This gives you a clear view of what is required and what has been completed.

Compliance Checklist

The checklist shows all required compliance items for the staff member, such as:

  • Identification

  • Driver’s Licence

  • Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance

  • Vehicle Registration

Each item represents a required document or record.

Managing the Checklist

Click the Checklist button (top right) to manage compliance requirements.

From here you can:

  • Search checklist items

  • Filter by:

    • All

    • Core

    • Documents

  • Mark items as:

    • Required – The document must be provided

    • Assign – Assign responsibility to the staff member

How to update:

  1. Tick or untick Required and/or Assign

  2. Click Save to apply changes

Notifying Staff

Use the Notify User button to request missing compliance items.

This helps:

  • Prompt staff to upload documents

  • Keep compliance up to date without manual follow-up

Status Tracking

Each compliance item includes a status indicator, such as:

  • Not Uploaded – No document provided yet

  • Pending – Awaiting review or action

This allows you to quickly identify gaps and take action.
