We’ve made a set of improvements to Tasks aimed at making day-to-day work easier for Support Coordinators, especially when tasks involve longer notes, follow-ups, or attached documents.

Tasks now feel less cramped, easier to read, and simpler to update, whether you’re doing a quick check-in or focused deep work.

What’s changed

Tasks can now be opened in a full-page Task View, giving you more space when you need it. You can still open tasks as usual, then expand into the full view with a single action when you want to focus or work through details without a side panel getting in the way.

Notes have been upgraded to a proper rich text editor. You can now use formatting, headings, lists, and links, making notes clearer and easier to scan later. Notes are no longer one-and-done either, they can be edited and refined over time as a task progresses.

To reduce friction, notes auto-save as you type and also save when you click away. There’s no save button to remember and no risk of losing work. The saving happens quietly in the background so writing feels uninterrupted.

The task layout itself has been cleaned up and reorganised. Details are now grouped into clear sections, and easier to navigate in the notes, finance, and documents, with smoother scrolling and a more readable structure.

These changes are designed to support how Support Coordinators actually work, handling ongoing tasks, revisiting notes, and updating information as situations evolve.
