Tasks now include client-based filtering and search, making it easier to find and manage the right tasks across multiple clients.

This update builds on the recent improvements to Tasks, including the full-page Task View and improved layout, by adding simple but effective ways to find the right task faster.

When managing tasks across many clients, scrolling through long lists can slow things down. These new filters are designed to reduce noise and help you focus on what matters.

What’s changed

Tasks now support client-based filtering and search.

You can select one or more clients to instantly narrow the task list to only tasks related to those clients. This is especially helpful for Support Coordinators who are juggling work across multiple participants.

Search allows you to find tasks quickly by task name, client name, or charge-related information, making it easier to jump straight to the task you need without scanning the list.

These filters work seamlessly with the new task layout and full-page view, so once you’ve found the right task, reviewing and updating it is smoother and more focused.

This update keeps task management practical and uncluttered, especially as task volumes grow.
