With this release, task notes and task documents are now visible directly from the client profile, so you can review important task information without needing to open each task one by one.
In the client’s Activity & Notes area, task notes now appear alongside other client notes and are clearly labelled as coming from a "Task". This makes it much easier for coordinators and managers to scan a client’s history and pick up task-related updates quickly, especially when you’re reviewing progress or preparing for follow-ups.
Task documents are now also available from the client’s Documents area, inside the General folder. Task documents are also labelled as "Task" documents, and you can open them in-app (for previewable files like PDFs and images) or download them when needed. It’s a simple change that saves a lot of clicking when you’re trying to find “that file from that task”.
Since launching Tasks, we’ve been steadily improving the experience based on how teams actually use it. This update is another step toward making Tasks feel more connected, more practical, and easier to work with across the whole client record.
