We’ve expanded the Scheduler right-click menu to make common shift actions faster and easier, without needing to open the shift details drawer.

This update is especially useful when you’re managing a busy roster and want to move quickly between scheduling and shift management.

What’s changed

Right-clicking on a shift block in the roster now opens a context menu with options to:

  • Duplicate a shift to create another with the same structure

  • Copy a shift and paste it onto a different day or time

  • Delete a shift when appropriate

  • Clock-in or Clock-out a shift directly from the roster

This allows you to handle scheduling adjustments and time-based actions from the same place, reducing unnecessary clicks and interruptions.

A few important safeguards

Paste options only appear after a shift has been copied, keeping the menu clear and predictable.

Standard safety rules still apply. Shifts that have already progressed beyond certain points, such as clocked-out shifts, can’t be deleted or cancelled.

By bringing copy, paste, delete, and clock-in/out actions into a single right-click menu, this update makes the Scheduler more responsive and practical for everyday use.
