We’ve added a new Shifts tab to the Client Quickview Panel, making it easier to check a client’s schedule without navigating away from what you’re working on.
The Quickview Panel is designed to stay open as you move around the app. With this update, it now includes fast access to a client’s upcoming and past shifts, right where you already are.
What it does
The Shifts tab answers a very common question quickly:
What shifts does this client have this week?
Instead of jumping into the full roster, you can now see a clear, week-by-week overview directly inside the client’s Quickview Panel.
How it works
Shifts are shown in a day-by-day layout, with Today clearly highlighted so it’s easy to orient yourself. Days with no shifts are explicitly marked as No events, avoiding guesswork.
You can move between weeks using simple controls to go to the previous week, next week, or jump straight back to Today. Each shift displays the key details at a glance, including the shift name or type, time, location if set, and the assigned staff member.
Because this lives inside the Quickview Panel, you can check a client’s schedule while reviewing notes, documents, incidents, or tasks, without breaking your flow.
This update builds directly on the existing Quickview Panel and makes it even more useful for day-to-day coordination work.
