We’ve added a new Calendar widget to both the Staff and Client dashboards, designed to answer a very simple question quickly: What’s coming up next?
Instead of clicking through the roster or guessing what’s scheduled, both clients and staff can now see their upcoming week at a glance, right from their dashboard.
What it does
For clients, the widget shows which supports or visits are coming up and who is scheduled to attend.
For staff, it shows what they’re working on next and which client each shift is for.
It’s a small addition that removes a lot of “let me check” moments.
How it works
The widget displays a day-by-day list for the next 7 days, including a clear Today indicator so it’s easy to orient yourself. Each entry includes:
The shift name or service type
Start and end time
Location, if one is set
The relevant person, either the assigned staff member or client
Clicking on any item takes you straight to the full roster view, already filtered to that specific client or staff member, so you can see the bigger picture instantly.
There’s also a quick Add to Calendar option, making it easy to drop a shift into a personal calendar without copying details across.
