Pending Billable Entries

Pending Billable Entries lets you see shifts that are not completed yet by showing them as billable entries with a Pending status. This makes it easier to spot work that still needs to be finalised before it becomes a billable service entry.

How to find pending billables

Open the Billable Entries workspace and look for entries with a Billable Status of Pending.

If your filters include an option called Pending Conversion, use it to show only entries that are Pending.

What you will see

Pending entries appear in the billable list alongside other entries and include:

  • Service name

  • Client name

  • Billable date

  • Amount

  • A status badge showing Pending

Entries are grouped by date buckets such as:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Older

If you need to see more, select Load 7 more days when scrolling down, or use the date range options in the dropdown filters.

Review the entry details

Select a billable entry to open its details panel.

In the details panel you can review fields like:

  • Billable Status

  • Billable Type

  • For Client

  • Employee Attached

  • Billable Date

  • Quantity

  • Rate

  • Total Amount

For NDIS clients you may also see:

  • NDIS Budget Bucket

  • GST Inclusive

  • GST Amount

  • NDIS Item Number

  • Invoice (when available)
