The Overview tab gives you a quick summary of a Site, including property details, occupancy, and key operational information.

Highlights Section

The Highlights section provides key information at a glance:

Field

Description

Site Type

Type of property (e.g. SIL, SDA)

Status

Current status (Active, Maintenance, Inactive)

Capacity

Maximum number of participants the Site can support

Occupancy

Number of participants currently assigned

Manager

Person responsible for managing the Site

Next Inspection

Scheduled inspection date

Description

The Description section allows you to store important notes about the property.

This can include:

  • Type of residents the home is suited for

  • Property features (e.g. bedrooms, accessibility)

  • Support availability (e.g. 24/7 care)

  • Any important context for staff

Click Edit description to update this section.

Contact & Site Information

On the right-hand panel, you’ll find key contact and property details:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Site Type

  • Capacity

  • Maximum Staff

  • Occupancy

  • Manager

This section provides quick access to essential information without editing the Site.

Inspections & Tags

This section helps you track compliance and categorisation:

  • Last Inspection – Most recent inspection date

  • Next Inspection – Upcoming scheduled inspection

  • Tags – Labels used to organise and filter Sites (e.g. SIL, Modern, Good location)
