Prospects

The Prospects settings page allows you to configure the pipeline stages and tags that shape how prospects move through your sales workflow.

Accessing Prospects Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the main menu

  2. Under the People section, select Prospects

Pipeline Stages

Pipeline stages define the steps a prospect moves through in your sales process. Each stage is displayed in the table with the following details:

Column

Description

Name

The name of the pipeline stage

Has date

Whether the stage requires a date to be recorded

Employee assigned

Whether an employee is assigned at this stage

Action

Options to edit or delete the stage

Stages marked as Default are pre-configured stages included with the platform. The default stages are Follow Up, Meeting Booked, Contacted, Conversion, and Disqualified.

  • To search for a specific stage, use the Search stages bar at the top right of the table.

  • To add a new pipeline stage, click + Stage.

  • To edit or delete an existing stage, click the three-dot action menu in the Action column beside the relevant entry

Prospect Tags

Prospect tags allow you to categorise prospects and associate them with specific pipeline stages. Each tag is displayed with the following details:

Description

Tag name

The label used to identify the tag

Stages

The pipeline stages the tag is associated with

Action

Options to edit or delete the tag

  • To search for a specific tag, use the Search tags bar at the top right of the table.

  • To add a new tag, click + Tag.

  • To edit or delete an existing tag, click the three-dot action menu in the Action column and select Edit or Delete.
