Archived Users

The Archived Users section allows you to view and manage staff members who have been archived. Archived users are removed from active lists, but their records are preserved, allowing you to restore them if needed.

AAccessing Archived Users

  1. Go to Settings from the main menu

  2. Under the People section, select Archived Users

Archived Users Table

The page shows a count of total archived users at the top left. Each archived staff member is displayed in the table with the following details:

Column

Description

Staff ID

The unique identifier assigned to the staff member

Name

The staff member's full name

Email

The email address associated with their account

Code

The staff member's numeric code

Date Archived

The date the staff member was archived

Archived By

The name of the user who performed the archiving

Action

Options to manage the archived record

To search for a specific archived user, use the Search archived... bar at the top right of the table.

Restoring an Archived User

To restore a staff member to active access:

  1. Locate the staff member in the table

  2. Click the three-dot action menu in the Action column

  3. Select Restore

The staff member will be returned to active status and will regain access to the platform based on their assigned role and permissions.
