How to Access Planned Budgets

To configure a client’s periodic funding and baseline allocations, navigate to: Clients > [Select a Client] > Budget tab > Planned sub-tab.

Step-by-Step Guide

You can manage your planned allocations and periodic calculation metrics completely inline:

  1. Build Out Budgeted Services: Under the Budgeted Services section, click + Add Row or + Billable to input core ongoing items (such as Clinical Care or Domestic Cleaning). Enter the Unit Rate, scheduled Units, and assignment Frequency (e.g., Weekly).

  2. Incorporate Temporary Funding: Scroll down to the Temporary Funding grid and click + Add Row to log short-term allocations (such as Interim Funding) along with their total Approved funding amounts.

  3. Review Automated Periodic Calculations: Scroll down to the Summary dropdown panel. The upgraded calculation engine automatically segments your funding data, displaying your Monthly and Quarterly allocations side-by-side.

  4. Verify Live Synchronisation: As resources are added or modified, the system automatically synchronizes your data in real time instantly recalculating your SAH Remaining Balance, Costs Covered by Government, and Portion retained for future use. This real-time breakdown ensures your underlying data is perfectly synchronized before generating digital service agreements.
