You can now choose where key notifications should be delivered from Settings → Notifications. Each notification can be managed across Mobile (Staff), Web (Admin), and Email, depending on what that notification supports. This gives teams more control over what gets sent, where it appears, and who needs to act on it.
This release includes notification controls for incident reports, missed check-ins, unclaimed open shifts, unaccepted shift pool alerts, cautions, shift changes or cancellations, shift reminders, assigned shifts, task reassignments, and incident updates.
Reports and dashboards have also had a few useful improvements. Table sorting is now remembered in Report Builder and custom dashboards, so if you sort a table by a column, that order stays with the saved report. Map views are also remembered, meaning reports and dashboards will reopen with the same map position, zoom, and angle you last used.
Shift note templates now support Multi Select fields directly in template settings. Checkbox and multi-select answers also display more reliably in notes, previews, and older saved note data.
Staff compliance is easier to follow from the dashboard. Expiring documents now link straight to the staff member’s Documents tab, with a clearer expiring badge, instead of needing to open a pop-up list first.
Roster updates include Extend Shift, Save and Publish, clearer unpublished shift styling, leave conflict warnings, and improved shift creation reliability. Extending a shift can update billables and timesheets where needed, and edited published shifts are now marked as unpublished so they can be reviewed and published again.
Finance updates include quotable NDIS pricing, better travel claim handling, appointment-linked travel claims, and invoice descriptions that preserve task names and support item details more cleanly.
Timesheets now include a Sync option to refresh entries after shift changes, check-ins, or check-outs. If a timesheet is created for a date range with no entries, Imploy now shows a clearer message instead of leaving the user guessing.
Other fixes include cleaner form builder right-click menus, cleaner settings labels, note autosave only running where intended, better error messages when shift note template fields fail to save or delete, improved SIL distance check-in handling, better appointment type text display, and small roster UI improvements.
