How to navigate Analytics Dashboard
Follow these steps to open a dashboard and review the improved dashboard visuals.
Step 1: Open Reports
From the main left-hand menu, click Reports.
This opens the reporting area where Dashboards, Insights, and report activity are managed.
Step 2: Open a dashboard
In the Reports sidebar, go to Dashboards.
Select a dashboard, such as Analytics, Stats, Untitled, or Timesheets.
The dashboard opens and displays available summary cards, charts, tables, and report cards.
Note: To learn more about Dashboards and Insights, see What are Dashboards & Insights?
Step 3: Review summary cards and charts
At the top of the Analytics dashboard, review the summary cards.
These cards show live extracted data from Imploy and help you quickly check key metrics. Charts now use cleaner layouts, making it easier to compare values, categories, and trends.
Step 4: Use tooltips and labels
Hover over a chart section, such as a donut slice or bar.
A tooltip appears with more information about that data point.
Donut charts may also show clearer slice labels, making each section easier to understand.
Note: To learn more about creating and configuring report visuals, see Creating an Insight
Step 5: Review dashboard tables and sidebar icons
Scroll down the dashboard to review table sections, such as a Client List table.
Tables now have cleaner layouts and clearer column headers.
In the Reports sidebar, Dashboards and Insights also show fallback icons if a specific icon is not available. This helps report lists stay easy to scan.
