White Branding in IndyForms

Customise IndyForms with your company logo and theme colours using the white branding feature.

Updated this week

White branding lets you tailor IndyForms to match your company’s look and feel. Upload your own logo and choose a theme colour to create a consistent experience across internal and public forms.

White label branding in IndyForms lets you customise the platform with your own company identity. You can upload your logo and choose a theme colour so that forms, dashboards, and records reflect your brand instead of IndyForms’ default look. This creates a consistent, professional experience for both your team and anyone completing your forms.

How to set up White Branding

  1. Go to your Profile

    • Click your avatar in the top right-hand corner.

    • Select View Account.

  2. Upload your Logo

    • In the Organisation Logo section, upload your company logo.

  3. Choose a Theme

    • Under Organisation Theme, select the colour scheme that best matches your brand.

✅ That’s it! Your logo will appear at the top of every form record you create — both internal and public-facing forms.

Tips

  • Use a transparent background for your logo (PNG recommended) so it looks clean on all themes.

  • Keep logos simple and high-contrast so they remain clear when resized.

  • Keep your logo file under 500KB to ensure smooth uploading.

  • Update branding before sharing forms publicly so respondents see the correct look from the start.

  • Preview a form in public view to confirm your branding is displayed exactly as intended.

  • Test different themes to see how your logo and forms appear in both internal and public views.

  • Choose a theme that complements your logo rather than competing with it.

  • Re-upload your logo if updated — branding changes apply instantly across all forms.
