We received our replacement device. What now?

If your faulty device has been replaced, our technicians will provide an email with the detailed instructions.

All faulty devices need to be packed securely in a box with all charging cables.

You will also receive an email from The Courier Guy with the waybill document to be printed and handed to the driver upon collection.
​
You can also track the process on your replacement device by looking out for the courier email, which will contain your tracking details.
